Top Celebrants Share Unique Ceremony Ideas With Wedding Music
Nobody knows ceremonies better than celebrants. And when it comes to ceremony music, they’ve seen it all. Last month we put a callout to the top wedding celebrants around Australia. We asked for experienced and creatively driven celebrants to share the best and worst of ceremony entertainment. Their collective wisdom revealed unique ceremony ideas, their thoughts on wedding ceremony music, traditions you can ditch and done-to-death clichéd songs. Expert celebrants from around Australia To get a good cross-section of responses, we interviewed celebrants from Melbourne, Brisbane, Darwin, Newcastle, Adelaide and everywhere between. They represent a range of experiences, some performing 200+ ceremonies a year, and some around 15-30. The majority of their couples’ weddings are modern, alternative, casual and/or quirky, with a small handful of trad & elegant in the mix. Their responses are insightful, brutally honest, and colourful in language. That's the kind of passion we love! Without further ado, here's what they had to say on making your ceremony personal, memorable and really, really, ridiculously good with the help of live entertainment:
